Tell us about your renovation.
The more you can share up front, the more useful our first conversation will be. We typically respond within one business day.
Before you ask.
No. 01 Do you charge for a first consultation?
A first walk-through and conversation at your home is complimentary. Detailed estimates and design work, if you choose to engage us for design, are typically paid steps and we'll be clear about that up front.
No. 02 How long does a typical renovation take?
It depends on scope. A bathroom renovation often takes 4–6 weeks. A kitchen 6–10. A basement 10–14. A whole-home renovation can run 4–9 months depending on the home's size and condition. We'll give you a project-specific timeline in writing.
No. 03 Do I need to leave the house during the renovation?
For a single-room project, usually no. For a whole-home renovation, almost always yes. For larger basement and major-kitchen projects, it depends on how much disruption you can live with. We'll talk it through honestly.
No. 04 Do you provide drawings, or do I need an architect?
For most kitchens, baths, and basements we can produce the drawings needed for permits and construction. For structural changes, additions, and whole-home renovations, we'll bring in or coordinate with an architect or designer.
No. 05 Do you handle the permit process?
Yes. Where a permit is required, we prepare the application, manage the submission, and coordinate the inspections.
No. 06 What's your warranty?
We provide a written workmanship warranty on all renovations we complete. Specific terms are included with your contract.
No. 07 Do you work outside Toronto?
Our service area is Toronto and the surrounding municipalities. We occasionally take on projects further afield if the scope and travel make sense; ask us.
